What is therapy and how can it help me?
Therapy is a process designed to help you address your concerns, come to a greater understanding of yourself, and learn effective personal and interpersonal coping strategies. In the therapy room I aim to help you look at your thoughts, feelings and behaviors and the relationship between the three. This process can and often does deepen awareness, nurture change, and foster growth. Benefits of therapy can include better relationships, resolution of specific problems, and reductions in feelings of distress.

What does a typical session look like and how often would we meet?
After our initial intake session, a typical session is 45 minutes. I usually like to start therapy off by seeing clients weekly, however I will always scale our session frequency up or down as needed clinically. It is also important to note that I am a completely virtual clinician and use a HIPPA compliant video session to conduct my sessions.

Do you accept insurance?
I am an out of network provider and therefore do not accept insurance. If you have out of network benefits, I can provide a super bill to submit to your insurance company and help you navigate the reimbursement process.
